Indulgent elegance is combined with a variety of flavours and subtle contrasts. French cuisine is transformed into colourful creations with seasonal products from all over the world. The delicate works of art are presented in harmonious perfection in seven or ten courses.

The fact that the Michelin-starred chef is able to ignite his guests' passion for fine cuisine every day anew with exciting signature creations such as marinated beef tartare with a light smoky flavour combined with dehydrated beetroot, beetroot jelly and cassis is thanks in part to his former chefs - the term "patrons" is probably more accurate. Each and every one of them has made an essential contribution to his future as a star chef with their expertise.
