The terroir cuisine uses exclusively Swiss products and playfully emphasises long-forgotten herbs from its own garden. There is a choice of a herbal surprise menu in 5 or 9 courses. Swiss wines or even a mixed alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment are served.
The cultivation of the mountain landscape is also explored and new edible plants that thrive here are sought. Awarded one of the coveted Michelin stars and 16 Gault-Millau points.
The mountain
