The three municipalities of Greppen, Weggis and Vitznau form the Lucerne Riviera. Thanks to their sheltered location at the southern foot of Mount Rigi and on the shores of Lake Lucerne, the villages enjoy an exceptionally mild climate that allows palm trees and chestnuts to flourish.
