This leisure mountain hike offers magnificent views over the Central of Switzerland up to the Black Forest and the Vosges mountains. Let yourself be enchanted by those spectacular views of Lake Lucerne and Lake Zug. What awaits you is a maximal pleasure with minimal effort, as the path leads steadily downhill. Attention: Possibly road closures between Staffelhoehe and Chaenzeli by in unfavorable weather conditions. The panoramic view from the Kaenzeli vista point is simply fantastic. Queen Victoria of England has visited there already in 1868 and praised the majestic panorama.

At all Rigi valley stations and Goldau A4 Rigi railway station, you will find parking spaces at a fee.

However, we recommend you to arrive by public transportations instead of cars: just lean back, enjoy and do something good for the environment.
Rigi Kulm, the starting point of the hike, is easily accessible from Vitznau or Goldau with the cogwheel train by Rigi Mountain Railways.
