Circular walk around Weggis

From the Weggis boat station walk along the lake in the direction of Vitznau. At the the end of the quay turn right, passing the hotels Viktoria and Schweizerhof. After the next building, turn left into a small street and continue upwards. Cross the Rigistrasse and continue straight on, under the bypass and upwards along the small path adjacent to a stream until you reach the Zingelistrasse. Turn left along a small road to a lookout point with benches – the perfect place to take a break and enjoy the magnificent view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Carry on until you reach the end of road and turn right. After the rose farm, the road bares left, continue walking until you reach the Remsistrasse. Turn left and walk down towards the roundabout, cross the roundabout, and take the first right after the petrol station. Follow the road and turn left into the Hügeristrasse walking towards the Hügerihof farm. Here take the left-hand path and continue walking,  past the Hotel Friedheim, down towards the lakeside and back to the boat station.
