Right on the summit trail, between the Känzeli viewpoint and the Staffelhöhe station, the barbecue area is in an open location with amazing views.

The panorama extends in all directions, from Uri and Nidwalden to the Bernese Alps. The Swiss family barbecue area is equipped with comfortable benches.
The barbecue area is about 30 minutes' walk from Rigi Kaltbad and about 15 minutes' walk from Staffelhöhe.

The barbecue area is equipped with wood logs.
