Equilibrium Beauty & Spa Hotel Rössli

The name "Equilibrium" stands for the equalisation of the forces at work, for balance. Hotel guests use the spa and fitness centre free of charge. External guests are welcome to book in advance.

Spa

The spa area has a lot to offer: A Finnish sauna, a herbal sauna and a plunge pool. The associated shower area has a cold mist shower, a bucket shower and a tropical rain shower. There is also an aroma steam bath and a caldarium. In addition to the brine bath in the outdoor area, there is a relaxation room with a Himalayan salt wall. Please note that the sauna area is a textile-free zone.

Fitness room

The new fitness room has ten state-of-the-art Technogym training machines and stations. Train flexibility, endurance, strength, coordination and speed in a beautiful ambience with a view. There is a cardio endurance area, self-propelled and multifunctional bikes, a treadmill with incline function and all training data. There is also a self-propelled skillmill with free movement, including step kicks and lunges, a kinesis station with functional strength equipment that allows multiple movement sequences and a free weights area.

Cosmetics and massages

For an all-round feel-good experience, a wide range of treatments are available in the cosmetics and massage area.
