A lovingly furnished holiday flat with a large terrace and spectacular lake view surrounded by greenery is located in the renovated and energy-efficient Minergie house. The furnishings are high quality and well cared for, and the terrace is furnished with comfortable chairs around a small dining table and two wooden loungers for relaxing outdoors. A dishwasher does the washing up in the kitchen and there are other useful electrical appliances. Palm trees and large deciduous trees grow in our natural garden on a south-facing slope, and the well-insulated house is pleasantly cool even when it's very hot. The quiet village of Unterwilen lies on the lake and has a fine pebble beach. The water is crystal clear and has a pleasant bathing temperature of 22-24 degrees in summer. From the house down to the lake and the bus stop you walk about 3 minutes. 

You have to walk up a few steps through the garden from the private car park with e-charging station in front of the house to get to your flat. In exceptional cases, you might come across our friendly dog Boatswain - the namesake of the house.
