Since the nationally renowned formation ‘Trio Bruno Inderbitzin’ disbanded in 2003, the remaining trio members, the former Muotathal mayor Franz Föhn and the now retired insurance consultant Bruno Inderbitzin, can still occasionally be found on various folk music stages. They are supported by pianist Theo Schmidig and alternately by bassists Marcel Lenggenhager and Kari Schorno.
The musicians play in the original Central Switzerland line-up of clarinet/saxophone, accordion, piano and bass. The emphasis is on Swiss folk music. For variety, however, the repertoire is also supplemented by evergreens and light music in instrumental versions.
